Hey everyone, hope y'all are doing well.

I’m sorry for my lack of posting last year. 2023 was a lot of stress and life events and that kind of distracted me from art. My new year resolution is to start being more active and posting more in 2024. Struggling with physical + mental health issues has taken a toll. And working full-time on top of that.

My birthday was last week. I had a nice cake. Other than that, my life has been sort of uneventful.

I suppose I’ll upload some of the stuff I did in 2023 to make up for my absence. I only completed a handful of things last year but I’m happy nonetheless.

So I joined this site today and it looks nice. I haven’t been on Newgrounds since I was a kid so its cool to see how much it’s evolved since then. Figured I’d make an introductory post so the community can get to know me.

I’m Jay and I’m an autistic hobbyist digital artist. I like drawing horror artwork, paintings and my OCs. My favorite things are slasher movies, black metal and collecting Goosebumps books. I also like analog horror a lot. I’m a closed off person but I like getting comments and getting to know people. :) Especially if we have interests in common. Lately I’ve been hyperfixating on Madness Combat which is part of the reason I got an account here.

Anyway, I try to post every now and then. Anxious to be here in the midst of the Twitter shitshow but hopeful. Will probably reupload some old art here later since I have a bad art block at the moment.
